Address users' concern with maintainence status of the app

Given that there has not been an update of Aurora Store on F-Droid for a long time (about a year), that the last repository action dates to 6 months ago, that the official Matrix room is riddled with spam as none of them moderators are present and their home server seems dead, users are starting to worry about the status of the app.

I think it would be helpful to be reassured about its status and whether it's to be considered maintained, no matter what the answer is. Uncertainty is worrisome.

Therefore I would really like to ask the maintainer(s), if any, or the original authors, to please provide a status update, either here or on that Reddit thread where non-free alternatives are already flying around, or ideally, in both places.

Whatever the response, thank you for providing this app so far, as it has been highly instrumental to the adoption of GMS-less ROMs over the past few years.
