Add Android clients of the Tox communication protocol

Tox is a relatively new distributed protocol that allows you to communicate without needing any central servers. I though I'd add a couple of its clients to the list.

Note that the F-Doid repo for the Antox client is their own, self-hosted F-Droid repo, much like that of the Guardian project.
