Fixed exception when hovering over modifiers without having an active collection

Start with this very basic setup, without adding a bundle to export: image Now try to select an export modifier. Observe the following error when you hover over a modifier and the tooltip appears: image This error does not happen when you have a bundle.

This MR fixes this error
