Redesign home page with terminal aesthetic and better proportions

Major Improvements:

  • Replace oversized text with compact terminal window design
  • Add macOS-style terminal header with colored dots
  • Implement terminal command interface ($ prompts, cat, ./start)
  • Much smaller, more readable text sizes
  • Better visual hierarchy

New Features:

  • Terminal window card with ansarlabs@terminal prompt
  • Command-style mission display (cat mission.txt)
  • 3 compact stat cards instead of 2:
