Remove special note re: old CASTEP on SCARF
The default version of CASTEP on SCARF is now CASTEP 25.1.2 so I think this note can be dropped.
Looking at DFTsetup.py, it looks like the instructions to modify ASE could also be dropped as it now calls write_castep_cell() and write_param() directly?
