CWG-F449 Bitstream conformance check for MSDO and LCR OBUs based on Profile_idc
The High Level Syntax Focus Group (FG15) discussed and concluded the presence of the MSDO, LCR and OPS in different profiles.
The proposal F449 summarizes the decisions of the FG15 and this MR is a SW implementation of F449.
