V-19 now has Pylons

Below is a list of fixes and updates:

Vehicles

• V-19 now has pylons
• V-19 now has the ability to equip 24 Zephyrs or 4 Makos
• V-19 spawn with 24 zephyrs by default
• Maximum range of both air and ground active radar on the V-19 increased to 6km
• ARC170 Pylon UI drop down menu position adjusted to be easier to look at

Here is the list of things to test:

• V-19 has 24 Zephyr rockets present as secondary weapons
• After double clicking the spawned V-19, there 2 pylon presets of 24 Zephyrs and 4 Makos
• Both V-19 pylon presets work
• All 24 Zephyrs fire and work on the V-19
• All 4 Makos fire and work on the V-19
• Both ground and radar on the V-19 can pick up targets up to 6km
