New Aux501 Valken model

Below is a list of fixes and updates:

Weapons

• Valken 38X returns with new Odd model
• New 5th optic for marksmen rifle
• Marksmen optics migrated to Valken file
• Valken 38Y config simplified

Here is the list of things to test:

• Valken 38X visuals are correct (animation, model and reload) both day and night lighting
• Firing Modes are correct
• Sounds are working
• AI fire the weapon and engage targets (give an AI the weapon and see if they shoot at their enemies)
• E variant of DMS optic functions properly on both Valken 38X and 38Y
