Removing more GARC Aux Dependencies + Bug Fixes

Below is a list of fixes and updates:

Turrets

  • 91st boomer replaced with LS variant (same model but different source)
  • Boomer launcher model given temp model until LS uploads their version

Heavy Infantry

  • OG10 MG Ammo issue fixed
  • Droideka muzzle flash glitched fixed
  • Sniper Deka muzzle flash glitched fixed
  • Sniper Deka config inheritance fixed
