Miscellaneous Bug Fixes - 06/19/23

Below is a list of fixes and updates:

Weapons

• DC15A UGL AP rounds have their initspeed to function like the old LR variants
• DC15A UGL now has a minimum range of 75m instead of 50m
• Boomer launcher model fixed
• Boomer Turret model changed

Closes #629 (closed)

Here is the list of things to test:

• DC15AUGL AP rounds fly in a straighter ARC than HE
• DC15AUGL HE rounds are unaffected
• DC15AUGL now has a minimum range of 75m
• EWHB-12 Boomer Launcher model appears
• EWHB-12 Boomer Turret works and has new model
