Reworks the jump packs

Details

rewrote the jump pack script and added it to the jump packs. adds various features such as cancel animation as well as removing invincibility while in the air.

Testing

• ensure jump packs work.
• Ensure keybinds operate as described
• Ensure damage is received while in air
• Ensure you can not jump while uncon
• Ensure the jump pack distribution module on the LAATs work with the drop pack
• ensure jump packs have an LR and inventory
