New Grenade fixes

Below is a list of fixes and updates:

Resupply boxes now have the new squad shield Bananades should have their explosion sounds work for all clients All standard B1s no longer carry smoke as it was a copy paste error.

Here is the list of things to test:

Squad Shield:

• Now appears inside the resupply box
• Now appears inside LAAT resupply.

Copabanana:

• The explosion sound now plays (MUST BE TESTED WITH at least 2 MONKES ON SERVER)

Bruhnana:

• The explosion sound now plays (MUST BE TESTED WITH at least 2 MONKES ON SERVER)

Standard B1s:

• No longer have smokes
