Draft: NuClass work, offsets for HMP/Vulture: Baby's first work on Vehicles

Below is a list of fixes and updates:

Vulture:

• Magclamp no longer clips into LAAT/c

HMP:

• Magclamp no longer clips into LAAT/c

NuClass:

• Gunner turrets have a bigger field of fire
• Gunner turrets now have a safety weapon

LAAT/i:

• Ball Turrets now have safety weapon to prevent accidental shooting

Here is the list of things to test:

• LAAT/c now magclamps HMPs and Vultures without them clipping
• NuClass gunner turrets now have a safety weapon
• NuClass gunner turrets now have a wider field of fire
• LAAT/i's Ball turrets now have a safety weapon
