Aux Rewrite: RD501 Tracers Migrated and fixed

Below is a list of fixes and updates:

RD501 Tracers

• All variants migrated to Aux501 ammo file
• Model fixed to be able to come out of the center of any weapon
• Yellow Variants created
• Textures and material migrated to new Aux501 folder

Here is the list of things to test:

• All Blue tracers that are Aux501 work properly and come out from the center of the weapon and not beneath
• Check all tanks and arty pieces for the tracers to work properly
