Aux Rewrite: Misc Fixes 10-17-22

Below is a list of fixes and updates for some issues that were missed in last week's update:

• Mando Sniper no longer has 2 firing mode
• Offensive UGL grenades initspeed lowered to vanilla level
• stunless rifle base class created

Here is the list of things to test:

• All UGL rounds line up with the distance they are ranged to
• Mando Sniper has only 1 firing mode
