Draft: inital commit of Optional Tokens

Hi, adding support for optional tokens in templates. There are a few things to discuss best would be a call.. to clarify. optional tokens require to always use the anchor_both mode, which I made a default in this PR. I honestly do not see a usecase for anchor start or end... a name should match or not match...
