Updates for latest USD dev branch

These changes allow this plugin to compile against the latest USD code form Pixar's dev branch, as of September 19th (https://github.com/PixarAnimationStudios/USD/commit/980cc576775e8cae31f6473c243b2cfafdb5fc59).

Also fixed some build issues with finding oslc, and installing compiled .oso files on Windows.
