Viewport Render Shelf tool

Ogers Ruda requested to merge viewport_rop_shelf into master

Viewport render can now be started/aborted directly from the 3Delight shelf. If no viewport ROP exists, it will add a new ROP and starts the rendering using the newly created ROP.
