Added option in Pixel Filter list to set importancesamplefilter in NSI.

Ogers Ruda requested to merge importancesamplefilter_addition into master

This enables a rendering mode where the pixel filter is importance sampled. This will allow external denoisers (e.g Open Image Denoiser) to denoise the image correctly. The option added is (Blackman-Harris Importance Sample). Closes #142.
