As of 2024-05-14 a change has been implemented to enforce access token expiry. If you see higher numbers of HTTP 401 responses, please check tokens that may have expired. Cleaned up README and renamed ReadMe.txt to BUILDING.md and cleaned that up as much as possible (may need more work for Windows).
Renamed setup.sh to setup.bash and setup to setup.tcsh.
Added Visual Studio 2022 support to winvars.bat.
Added Maya 2023 support to the Makefiles.
