Rewrote lumbridge guide dialogue

• Rewrote the lumbridge guide dialogue from scratch

Fixes #903 (closed)

Testers:

• Make sure you can go down all his dialogue paths correctly
• Make sure the pmod room option only shows to staff (pmod+)
• Make sure you can de-iron as a uim or standard ironman
• Make sure you cannot de-iron as an hcim.

Are there any tricky things testers should keep an eye out for?
