Fixed various values of another ~200 items.

What have you done in this MR?

Fixed various item values, weight, examine text, tradability, etc.

• Butterfly in jar's from hunter Made all tradeable
• Yak-hide armour & Fremennik round shield Made tradeable, added examine text & weights
• All karambwan poison spear & hastas Made all untradeable
• Both Dragon chain armour kits Made both tradeable
• All FoG items Only items with 0 charges are tradeable, the rest is not
• All Pirate items Made tradeable, added examine text & weights
  • Bandana and eyepatch (right)
  • Bandana and eyepatch (left)
  • Bandana and eyepatches
  • Pirate shirts
  • Pirate leggings
• All Stealing Creation items Made all tradeable

There's too many items to link each one so the above links are current rs3 wiki, but they're the category pages for convenience, find the item and date it back to '09 yourself.

I'm aware we don't have Stealing Creation minigame implemented yet, but figured I'd do them anyway.
