TzHaar-Ket DT (Revision)
Short pull request; I just noticed that the fire battlestaff wasn't added to the TzHaar-Ket Drop Table until mid 2010, so I removed it from the current DT.
I also re-balanced the weights on the Obby Gear to 0.2% (1/500).
