Revised Iron Dragon Drop Table (Authentic)

Most of the drop tables in 2009scape for High Level Monsters generally have a High Rare Drop Table Chance (2-3%). This includes the Visage Dragons. The problem with this is that several item drops found on the current 2009scape Drop Tables are also apart of the Rare Drop Table, and are suppose to drop less frequently.

This pull includes changes to the Iron Dragon DT. I've gone ahead and removed all the items that are CLEARLY listed on the 2009scape RDT, while also increasing the drop rate for the RDT (2.5%). As for the other key items, I've set the Draconic Visage to 1/5000 (0.02%), and the Dragon Platelegs / Plateskirt to 1/1000 (0.1%).

There are other changes I've made to better reflect the drop rates of common and rare items, specifically the Blood Runes, Soul Runes, and Rune Bolts (Listed as 'Common' or had similar drop rates to their counterparts as Sourced from the 2009 RS Wiki).

I plan to work on the other Visage Dragons so their Drop Tables may accurately reflect the authenticity of the 2009 RS era.
