Fix: Super Restore recovers prayer

What has been done in this MR?

  • Add specific check for prayer skill to restore it
  • Fixes #2045 (closed)

What should testers check?

  • Boosted levels should be left alone
  • Normal levels should be left alone
  • Every skill except hitpoints should be restored by 8+25%
  • Running should not be restored.

Try and lower all of your stats if possible to check they all work.

  • I have tested these changes thoroughly.

  • I used the relevant Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
