Lunar dream
What has been done in this MR?
- Port dream spell to Kotlin
- Fixed healing rate of dream. Right now it does too much but it should do 3hp/min source
- Add sound to dream spell
- Take over !1636 (closed)
What should testers check?
- The healing is 1/min naturally and 2/min from the dream spell not just every 20 seconds. I couldn't find a video but this would make sense since different regen things can stack.
- Doing anything else (moving eating equipping attacking being attacked) should end the spell
I've marked this as draft since right now if you get attacked the weak script does not get cleared.
If you are attacked first the weak script does not stop but this is outside the scope of this MR

I used the relevant Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
