What has been done in this MR?

  • Matched the skill requirement to equip a Rune Hasta(p+) with the other versions of the Rune Hasta

What should testers check?

  • Correctly limits use to those with 40 attack or higher
  • I have tested these changes thoroughly.
  • I used the relevant Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
