Cuffs, Narf, Jeff and Rusty now have their correct examine text.

What has been done in this MR?

Added examine text for Cuffs, Jeff and Rusty. Added an entire entry for Narf as none existed prior. Only changes made are in npc_configs.json

What should testers check?

  • That the 4 mentioned NPCs now have examine text.
  • That Narf now has the correct amount of hitpoints.

  • I have tested these changes thoroughly. (in singleplayer)

  • I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes. I used the Gitlabs web IDE to make the changes.
