Several small changes, fix for issue #1787.

What has been done in this MR?

• Added examine text to Padulah;
• Changed examine text of various monkey archers;
• Changed examine text of a green lizard;
• Added baby squirrel to npc_configs;
• Added/changed monkey archer spawn locations to address issue #1787;
• Small dialogue changes within the slayer master dialogue and the ghost disciple dialogue. I don't have any proof of Turael talking about woodcutting instead of wooducutting, the proof of the ghost disciple is from 2020. Though the wording seems odd in general, else.

• Examine text of Padulah, monkey archers, green lizard and baby squirrel;
• Spawn locations of the monkey archers;
• Dialogue with Turael;
• Dialogue with the ghost disciple.

• I have tested these changes thoroughly.

• I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.

• I have used Visal studio code for the JSON changes instead.
