Fixed bad Rock Crab spawns on Waterbirth island

What should testers check?

Testers should check the Rock Crab spawns on Waterbirth island. Need to check that all Rock Crabs are attackable (you can tell they are attackable if you can walk on their spawn tile, if they are spawned on a blocked tile they are NOT attackable)

I have tested these changes thoroughly.
I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
