What has been done in this MR?

Revert Askeladden's spot as the new spot broke the quest where he is involved.
Fixes #1778 (closed) (FYI: I'm not changing the quest dialogue/npc ids as it might cause more issues and require more testing).

What should testers check?

Askeladden should be back in Rellekka.

I have tested these changes thoroughly.
I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
