What has been done in this MR?

Checks if inventory is not full before giving EXP Lamps.

What should testers check?

Stronghold of Player Safety Professor Henry Exam, making sure you get both lamps.

I have tested these changes thoroughly.
I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
