What has been done in this MR?

Added Elvarg to Green Dragon slayer task

(this is accurate according to the OSRS Wiki and has been since its first capture on Archive.org https://web.archive.org/web/20201027072851/https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Slayer_task/Green_dragons but I cannot find earlier sources confirming this. I do remember reading about this being true when I was active ~2009-11 and it makes logical sense)

What should testers check?

Verify that Elvarg in fact counts towards a green dragon slayer task (I don't see any obvious reason for it not to)

I have tested these changes thoroughly.
I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
