Creature of Fenkenstrain Quest

Massive shoutout to @aweinstock for his initial work on this.

What has been done in this MR?

• Implemented a reset quest function. This function calls when you do ::setqueststage XX 0. For devs to reset player attributes.
• Implemented Fenkenstrain quest continued from @aweinstock
