Corrected Vesta's longsword damage (from avi's patch)

What should testers check?

Vesta longsword mak hit for various attack styles and special attack max hit

I have tested these changes thoroughly.
I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
