Added ability to eat frog spawn. (Fix #1574 (closed))

What should testers check?

Eating a frog spawn should heal [3-6]hp

I have tested these changes thoroughly.
I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
