Fix typos in Lokar Searunner dialogue

What has been done in this MR?

  • relekka -> Rellekka
  • pirate's cove -> Pirates' Cove

What should testers check?

  • that there are no other typos that I overlooked

  • I have tested these changes thoroughly.

  • I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
