What have you done in this MR?

  • Converted Goblin population sign handling from a plugin to a listener

Are there any tricky things testers should keep an eye out for?

  • No

Testing Scope is simply to get a reading off of the population sign outside the Goblin Village. Kill a random goblin nearby, then read it again. The population should decrease accordingly, and increase when the goblin respawns.

  • I have tested these changes thoroughly.
