Added drop table for Jail Guards in Draynor

Kennynes requested to merge kennynes1/2009scape:780-Jail-Guard-Drop-Table-Fix into master
  • Draynor Jail Guards now drop bones.
  • I added the Jail Guards to the drop table with Thanos Tool; the IDs 447,448,449,917
  • Then added Bones to be a 100% drop based on sources posted in #780 (closed)

  • I have tested these changes thoroughly.

  • This requires extra testing due to changes to architecture or other similarly risky changes.

  • I used the Thanos Tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
