Make the Abyssal Titan a Beast-of-Burden

Swizey requested to merge Swizey/2009scape:368-abyssal-titan-bob into master

Converts the AbyssalTitanNPC class to Kotlin and makes the Abyssal Titan a beast-of-burden like it should be. Also refactored the Essence Shipment scroll to consider whether the player's bank is full or not before depositing the essence.
