Add attack sounds for hatchets (axes)

Swizey requested to merge Swizey/2009scape:375-axe-sounds into master

Added attack sounds for bronze to dragon axes.

These use the same sounds as battle-axes, since there doesn't appear to be a synth specifically for axe attacks, I couldn't find any period-correct YouTube videos of axe attack sounds, and the sounds just sound right to me.

Are there any tricky things testers should keep an eye out for?
