Added Reqs to void armor and fixed weight values on some.

What have you done in this MR?

Did a fair bit of touch-up in Thanos for void items.

1. I give the follow 42 Reqs in Hitpoints, Att, Str, Def, Magic, Range and 22 Prayer: Void Top/Bottom/Gloves/Helmets/Seal/Mace.
2. I changed the weights of some of the void gear to match the rs3 wiki.
3. I gave void seals their examined text even though I'm sure no one will ever, ever examine it. Ever. I was changing something that made my server unable to compile. I think it may be related to void seals and adding in their examine text or reqs. Maybe another time I'll do it.
