Wrong connection for stairs in Heroes' Guild

What I did: Went up the stairs in the Heroes' Guild

What I expected to happen: End up upstairs at loc 2987, 3513, 1, in front of the staircase back down

What actually happened: End up upstairs at loc 2890, 3509, 1, in front of the ladder to the roof

IDs of related NPCs/items:

• The staircase: scenery ID 1738
• The upstairs staircase that it should be hooked up to: scenery ID 1740
• Ladder that it actually is hooked up to: scenery ID 1747
