[UI] Unable to update 'input registration' tab with input list when joining pool

QObject::setParent: Cannot set parent, new parent is in a different thread

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start 2 instances of electrum using "-D" option
  2. Create a pool in one of them with 2 peers
  3. Join the pool from other instance
