Map type selection

Show Google Maps' built-in map type drop-down list. This list includes the main Google Maps types satellite and road map with optional terrain shades. The latter is useful for areas without Street View or good satellite images.

Three map types from the Norwegian Mapping Authority's Google Maps compatible open tile cache service is also included: Topographic, raster and nautical chart.

These options are applied to all map views, and the selection on the main location map (new and edit) is stored.
