Fix missing iic module dependency with GENERIC kernel

This module did not work for me until I load manually iic module. In fact i2ctinyusb require iic which is only present in GENERIC as a module. Since iic depend of iicbus, I remove this dependency (cf. sys/dev/iicbus/iic.c).

Tested on 13.3 and 14.1.
