Fix wallpapers for sway, lxqt, mate, phosh, gnome, gnome-mobile

Oliver Smith requested to merge ollieparanoid/pmaports:fix-wallpaper into master

The following UIs have the nice new meadow wallpaper as default wallpaper with this. I've verified it in QEMU:

  • gnome-mobile
  • gnome
  • phosh
  • mate
  • sway
  • lxqt

XFCE4 still seems to be broken, and the default wallpaper for plasma mobile is different. But I suggest we merge this anyway and tackle these in future MRs (see #2698).
