Animated gifs are no longer animated when uploading from IOS cameraroll

v3.12.0 RC5, IOS 13, IPAD

Download an animated gif to your device Open Minds and post the gif. Notice how it is animated in the camera roll during selection Upload it It will no longer be animated Viewing it on the site will not be animated

Probably just the mime type
