User cannot access site, but can use app

User @jcity is unable to access the website https://www.minds.com/media/1030229470530269184
The user is able to access through app however. This seems like a local issue but I've had the user test in a range of environments. Could this be something on our end?

Platform information
Browsers:
- Safari
- Chrome
- Also tried through a few apps with built-in browsers.
Devices:
- Mobile: iPad Air 2, iOS 10.2
- Desktop: iMac
- Mobile 2: iPhone 4S
Also could not access through a VPN
What is the current bug behavior?
User cannot access any URL on the site, across multiple browsers and network connections.
What is the expected correct behavior?
User should have access to site.
