[Sprint/GiddyGiraffe] Newsfeed poster UI update

poster

• Removed redundant tooltip text on hashtag action button
• Made paywall/hashtag dropdown cursor pointer only in clickable space
• removed white background color that was overflowing out of text input
• made hashtag selector instructions text case consistent with other action buttons
• fixed space between poster action button icons/labels where the cursor wasn't pointer

topbar

• replaced notifications tooltip with element title
• fix topbar notifications/usermenu icon misalignment on window resize

boost creator

• changed Tokens to tokens in boost creator

changed title from Newsfeed poster UI update with multiple commits to [Sprint/GiddyGiraffe] Newsfeed poster UI update
